Overview
We are seeking a Human Resources Intern to join our team, where you’ll support HR activities that help foster a positive, productive work environment and efficient organizational processes. As a Human Resources Intern, you will assist with recruitment coordination, onboarding support, documentation, and people-centric projects that enhance team experiences. You’ll work closely with HR and people leaders to help streamline internal HR workflows and support workforce-related activities. This internship is ideal for individuals passionate about people operations, organizational support, and HR fundamentals.
Additionally, you will engage in continuous research and evaluation of emerging AI tools to enhance productivity, staying abreast of the latest technological advancements. Key Responsibilities
- HR Support: Assist with HR operations tasks such as onboarding coordination, documentation, records organization, and compliance tracking.
- Recruitment Assistance: Help schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and support job posting upkeep.
- Onboarding & Orientation: Support new team member onboarding activities, including preparation of materials and HR communications.
- Employee Engagement: Aid in planning and executing team-wide engagement activities, recognition programs, and internal events.
- Documentation: Organize HR files, update employee records, and help maintain HR policies and templates in our CRM – Hubspot.
- Reporting: Prepare basic HR reports, assist with data entry, and help track key people-related metrics.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent HR support and alignment with organizational needs.
- Continuous Improvement: Suggest enhancements to HR processes and assist in implementing quality improvements.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting across teams.
- Interest in human resources, people operations, organizational support, or related fields.
- Ability to manage information accurately and maintain confidentiality.
- Organized and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to tasks.
- Familiarity with document and spreadsheet tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Notion) is a plus.
- Experience with CRM systems (Hubspot) is a plus.
